Changing tuning/temperament globally in FLS

Is it possible to change the tuning and temperament globally in FL Studio? I'm not talking about simply adjusting the master pitch, but actually changing the temperament used. I'd like to work in the Pythagorean Temperament (and others) for some songs instead of the standardized 12-tone equal temperament that we normally use these days. I'd like to set FL Studio up in a way that it would apply this globally to all instruments. I know you can do this with some other DAW's, but I've no idea how to go about in FLS. Is it possible? Thanks.
