FL Guru help please: Snapping in playlist

Tbh, relative snapping to grid in FLS drives me 90% of the time crazy...

If I have to trim an audioclip in the playlist to a certain point (with alt+drag of the clipstart and which is off the grid) and want to align the new starting point of the clip to the grid... how can I do that???

It always moves relative to the grid (which is in rarely cases helpful) but never snaps to the grid...
