Recording(s) Too Quiet in FL Whereas Audacity is "Normal"

Having issues after wiping my settings in FL (post-format of my entire rig) and starting from scratch. This was an issue I had in the past and managed to fix, but I am entirely unsure what I did or what the root cause was.

Issue: Recording into FL is far too quiet and the resulting recordings are near impossible to work with without Normalizing- when recording in audacity this is not the case. Settings and examples included below.
