Self Doubt :(

Hi guys. Whenever I'm making music, and I don't know how to do something, I usually look up a video tutorial on YouTube, but because I think I'm bad a making music (e.g. the mix is always bad, I'm not creative enough), I always question myself as to whether I'm doing anything right, and most of the time I just go off of the fact that if it sounds okay, then I stick with it. Basically what I'm saying is that self doubt makes making music really stressful and not fun at all.

Have any of you guys and gals ever experienced this before?
