After the Windows DWM refresh "bug" for which I had to find a workaround, it occured to me that there are nasty OS/graphic card/monitor effects out there, that I suspect to be related to energy-saving (if anyone knows exactly what's happening.. it's not the usual 16bit RGB, it's very strange).
Problem is that it makes certain dithering patterns more obvious than others.
I'd lke to estimate how many have "bad" monitors (most likely laptops).
Make sure that the image is not stretched (watch it at 100%, it doesn't fit on a monitor).
