I have an MFB dominion 1 synth and would like to use it with FL studio.
I'd like to be able to send MIDI info to the synth and the record it back into FL studio (20)
Also (and I'm not sure if this is possible) be able to use the synth as a keyboard controller for soft synths.
I'm having a problem setting this up if anyone can help please. I'm using a Focusrite Scarlet 4i4 audio interface and a windows based laptop.
So far I have a midi cable from the "midi in" on the Dominion 1 to the "midi out" on a Focusrite Scarlet. Then I have a cable running from the "audio out" on the Dominion 1 to the "audio in" on the Focusrite.
The focusrite is connected to my laptop via a USB cable.
When I go into the audio options on FL studio I don't see any indication that the synth is connected. Although I can receive audio from the synth and record into FL studio. I can't however send midi info to the synth.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?
