How do I keep FL from stopping playback when tabbing?

Whenever I playback anything in FL Studio it just stops all sound when I tab out of the program and picks up from where I tabbed out when I swap back to it again.
How can I make it keep playing in the background while tabbed out of the program?

I know this has worked in previous versions since I didn't have this problem before. But some time after version 10 (I think it was around that time at least) it started doing this.
It's very annoying not being able to do anything outside the program without the music cutting out. If someone could help I would be very happy to hear how to resolve this.

Edit: I tried to search for a solution in the forums first, but I didn't know what to look for and I couldn't find anything. I also couldn't find anything in the program settings menu on F10.
