Hardware Device - Just Dials, No Keys?

I've done some searching but I don't exactly know what this would be called and if it exists or not so hopefully my description of what I'm looking for is decent enough. Essentially I'm looking for some type of device that is just a bunch of knobs and dials like the ones you see on MIDI keyboards. My MIDI keyboard only have 8 so I'm looking for something with a ton of them so I can map basically every dial to a digital dial. The reason for this is I want to be able to link each knob on the hardware device to Harmor for instance so it's kind of like having a hardware/software synth combo since I get overwhelmed with trying different knobs out with a mouse and would much rather be able to tweak with my hands. Does such a device exist, and if not, what would be an alternative besides purchasing an actual hardware synth?
