Synthmaker wont open, missing dll

I havent ever used synthmaker but i would really like to start, seems like a real cool plugin. When i try to open it in fl, i get this message

I have no idea why its doing this. I own the signature bundle and have never torrented any fl plugins or messed with the files, how can i get synthmaker working? any help is greatly appreciated!

EDIT: I also dont see it loading as an available effect plugin
