FL Studio VSTi (Multi) - Some Questions

Hi heroes! Related to a question that I've posted days ago about open multiple instances of FL, I've recently discover I can open it as VST inside a Host DAW (in my case, a FL Studio Inception).
Tried to play with it, following the manual, but I don't understand few things.

In order:

1 - Why when I press play in the host, it always start from the 36° bar inside the FL loaded as VSTi? Even with Time offset quarters set to 0;
2 - If I have 6 instruments inside the FL loaded as VSTi, how can I choose (for example) to play the D5 of the 3° instrument? And/or the C#5 of the 1°? In the manual there is written some about "create a MIDI channel" in the Host application. What does it means? MIDI Out?
3 - How can I set a default template for every FL loaded as VSTi instance? I've tried to replace the template in Templates -> Other -> Patch bank -> Patch bank.flp, but it opens always that standard template;
