Problem with samples sharing file names

I have a sample pack with the samples split into casette samples and clean samples, and each folder has samples that have the same name. I just loaded up a project that I was working on on a different computer, and FL Studio loaded the wrong samples. I think it just loaded the first ones it found with the correct name. Is there any way to save the relative file paths of the samples, not just the names?
