I'm trying to line up the start of the top track to match the timing of the bottom track exactly. I have snapping off and I'm holding down the Alt key trying to move the top track to line up vertically with the bottom track, but as you can see I'm unable to since the 'resolution' of the movement ticks isn't letting me. How do I dial this in? (I also tried holding down Shift and using the mousewheel, but the increments are still too big.)
