Mapping up Controls Resets on restart

Hello,

so I built this template in patcher to control all of NI Monark's controls with an external midi controller, but I can't seem to get the controls to stay mapped upon restart. Within patcher I have knobs controlling filter cutoff etc. in Monark and do the usual "Last Tweaked" mapping and save the patcher preset, but when I reload FLstudio those mappings are gone. How does one go about doing this correctly?
