Developing plugins for FL Studio...

I am developing a plugin ( VST ) and I'm interested in general information regarding marketing specifically to FL Studio users. The Developer Arena forum seems to not have any activity in it, so where is the appropriate place to ask questions?

I'm making the plugin as a VST 2 so it can be used in any host, but I myself am a FL Studio user and would like to engage the FL studio community directly. The plugin itself is being made to enhance the recording work-flow, based on my experiences in FL studio. What sort of resources are available? Advertising opportunities, etc. etc. etc. ?
