horrible latency in FL STUDIO hardware

Ok again me, and a topic of hardware... I was avoiding for long time to use my synths with FL studio, because simply I dont find any sense in to use it with an unfriendly HW workflow... when I use HW I do all in other daw that im not gonna mention because thats another point...

anyway... Yesterday I was back on the road, and I noticed that in FL is impossible to get normal latency or decent... is almost crazy... some notes come after, some notes come before as you can se in the video... that audio record was done with a previous midi I did in piano roll...

as you can see down the original record, I did an edition to get a quantized notes/audio/synth. In that case the problem is not a big one...

But in the case of complicated melodies... there is a bigger problem... if the latency is comes crazy, this cannot be fixed in a easy way as I did with the example in the video... my video no have audio but here its so easy to hear the problem mentioned...

This is not just about use "trim" knob and done... no... because the latency no comes only after, comes also before...

dont you think its time to improve a little bit more this part of the engine of FL Studio? or if im doing something wrong.... tell me... I will do all the experiments and show you here in videos and images.

Thanks

BTW: if the video attached here is not so clear... I can do another one...
