Roland Aira Tr-8 Latency

Hi all, I have latency problems, can anyone go through it with me?

I'm using the Roland Aira Tr-8 as an audio interface. So, I have a buffer setting of 1024 samples which is A: a lot out of time and B: still causing me underuns.

When I record the kick drum in to the playlist and play it back along side the Tr-8 incoming kick there is a huge difference. I matched up the waveform of the recorded kick so it was in time with the Tr-8 then sliced and measured the size of the difference in the region, it was 3900 ms out of time :( I'm really annoyed that there is this much latency, the Tr-8 runs at 96khz and can not be changed so I'm stuck with these huge latency times.

Does anyone have any idea what to do? I see that each of FL's mixer channels has a delay compensation control, but the maximum delay time is only 1000 ms, I need closer to 4000 ms and preferably longer to take the underuns right out.
