Can MidiShaper deal with Native FL Plugin?

I found interesting this plugin by CableGuys: http://www.cableguys.de/midi-shaper.html
Especially, the ability to place N points in the envelope and totally random them directly (FL have not this whole feature, which is great; Create Sequence is absolutely not the same at the moment).

With VST works ok (I set MIDI In/Out, and the current CC source), but what on FL Native instrument?
For example, how would you link FILT F1 CutOff knob with MidiShaper (since they are custom/private FL CC for what I see in the parameter list)?
