Automating Program Changes in Kontakt

Anyone know how to do this? I've loaded a new Instrument Bank in Kontakt 4, and put staccato strings in the first slot and legato strings in the second slot. I want to be able to switch between the two instruments using automation. According to the Kontakt manual, I need to "send a MIDI program change with a value of 2" to switch to the second instrument. But I can't work out how to do this. I don't need to route the two instruments to different mixer tracks. Thanks.
