The only suggestion I have to offer thus far, if it's even feasible, would be to give the Label and Fader sections of the colorful mixer their own separate color strength options, so that the "Labels" can pop out a bit more, if so desired.

That way the fader section saturation can either be as strong, or subtler than the label saturation strength.
of if so desired, you could have the fader color could be off, while the labels stayed on.
Just a thought.
