Some dream features of mine:

Let's break out of that 999 pattern limit. How about 9999 patterns?
Auto-transfer linked controllers (automation clips, internal controllers) to different instance of effect plugin. Very useful when moving an effect to a different mixer slot, since all the controllers you attached to its parameters will still be pointing to the old one. If you're automating a lot of params, it can be time consuming to transfer them all manually.
Undo capability when accidentally changing presets in a generator/effect (argh!). Putting more things in the undo history would be nice in general, like deleting channels or patterns for example.
When you open an old project and FL can't find an audio sample, show the originally stored path where it was trying to find it, to give extra contextual information which would help us look for it, in case it's called something generic like "snare5.wav"
Ability to disable (or even just reduce the amplitude of) control animations (knobs changing size/shape when you hover over them, etc.)
Make automation clip articulator tools available from the automation clip menu (instead of having to open the channel settings)
Smooth zoom/scroll in playlist when using mousewheel
