How do I send program changes using the MIDI Out?

I recently decided to go with Ableton Live for live use. But I recently tried to do the same in FL Studio, and to my surprise it did worked as well for my needs. Except one thing. (So if you guys help me i'll switch back to FL studio for good. I'm a long time user until recently...)

I use windows 10, Fl Studio 12, Launchpad S and a Electribe Sampler 2.

My problem is this: I want to send program changes to my Electribe using the Launchpad S to trigger them. The program changes is going to change the patterns on the Electribe. This worked like a charm in Ableton, and should work in FL as well.

So I have managed to use the MIDI Out plugin in FL to play notes on my Electribe, but can't figure out how to perform program changes.

Can someone please explain the procedure? I have read the manual, but it does not explain how to, only that it is possible...

Attached is the Midi implementation chart for the Electribe (if needed).
