FL Project sharing

New to FL Studi and I notice many sites offering a variety of FL project files. Are these putout to promote someone's work or to serve as instructional?

If they are instructional, does anyone have suggestions as to how I might use one to learn more? Tips for areas of a project to examine to learn about organzation, workflow, etc?
