who can make this Super SAW from Virus T2?

Im sure here are many experts in sound desing, Im trying this with sylenth and also spire... by separated but I cant get that special sound, if you put attention the sound in the beginning have some fatness and square envelope,is sharp clip that makes the diference in my opinion... I think is easy to make a Saw preset but that click in the beginning is what im looking for, just using a vst, thats why im trying sylenth1 or spire because those includes his own fx and EQ

Dont want to ask help to just make this with FL vsts for not close possibilities
