Multilink Omnisphere Issue

Hi,

When I go and multilink Omnisphere with multiple MIDI Outs, I can get the MIDI Controller (Novation Impulse) to control Omnisphere the way I want. Yay. But when I select the individual MIDI Outs to hear a sound from each channel of Omnisphere, THEN the Multilinks don't work, since the Omnisphere Wrapper is out of focus. Whoops. Looks like I need a better way...

Is there another way?

(The goal is to be able to have the Omnisphere plugin work as a multi-timbral synth, with independent channels that can be auditioned by themselves, and to control Omnisphere with Novation.
