DirectWave Survey

I've just finished adding Looping and loop tuning (ripped from Edison and the new DirectWave) so it's not feature complete. We'll post a new test build a little later on.

To do now:

1. Get the dialog to remember previous settings
2. Run it through the standard file save dialog (as per rendering) so you can save your patches.
3. Re-work the UI and add anything else that people feel is needed...

If you have any requests for this tool (NOT FOR DIRECTWAVE) then bear in mind that it's for batch processing of samples taken from plugins. So anything that requires you to work on individual samples is off the table.
