Exported tracks are extremely quiet!?

Alright, so I'm sure this has been approached before but idk how to fix it. I usually create tracks in FL with my computer volume at a max of 40 with headphones in and it sounds pretty loud. I'll mix all of my instrument, synths, etc.., in Mixer accordingly and when I feel that it's done, I'm ready to export. That being said, when I export a track to mp3 and put it on my phone or SoundCloud, it sounds ridiculously quiet. I have to max the volume on whatever device I'm using and I can just barely hear it. The only thing I thought of was that I typically add a master volume automation clip with a default value of 80 to fade it out in the ending 8 or so bars. While making a track for some friends last week, I raised the automation clip value to 100, hence raising the master volume knob to 125. It sounded a bit louder but also a bit unpleasing to the ear. Is there a practical solution to this? I used to run FL 10 on my old laptop and never had this issue until I purchase and consistently used 12. Please help
