Harddrives Windows - HELP

Hi, I've just bought a great new computer but the Harddrive Windows (C:) only has 223 GB and is almost full. There is another harddrive in the computer called Data E which is totally empty and has like 1 TB.

Is there a way to switch the default harddriver to that one or clonde C to that one?

Any other suggestions on solutions?

I'm afraid the little space I have left on C will make the performance worse.
