IS a Virus TI2 even worth it with all these amazing VST's

I have owned a Virus TI2 for some time now. I do love it and you can create a lot of patches with it. But after spending some time with it I am starting to realize and/or wonder if it is even worth owning for 2 grand when you have powerhouse VST's like VPS Avenger, Serum,Sylenth1 etc. I know to a point it is about what works for you and what makes sense to get a desired result. But lately I keep feeling like I wasted 2 grand on a hardware synth that is basically a software VST with physical knobs (dedicated software controller.) Life is short and so is free time to invest into so many synths. What is your opinion? sell it or is it worth keeping to compliment my VST collection?
