Need Current Tutorial on using pitcher and midi out in fl studio 12

Can anyone please recommend a very good tutorial on using pitcher to harmonize vocals via midi out? The same few tutorials I've seen on youtube are not helping me. For one, the tutorials are old, and the midi interface shown on those tutorials do not look like the midi out interface in fl studio 12. That's already throwing me off. Furthermore the tutorials don't show how the notes show up on the midi out's piano roll? Did the user paint the notes themselves or did it automatically show up via the port in pitcher. I have no idea. Any current step by step tutorial will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
