FL8 Multi-core support??

I just bought myself a brand new Mac Pro (2 x Quad Core)
installed XP pro with bootcamp,

Now my question is, is FL8 compattible with multi-cores?
cause when i open a project in FL and i check my CPU i see that only 1 or 2 cores are being used instead of 4 or 8.

Problem is that FL tells me that my CPU is 99, which infact is only 15% because FL only uses 1 or 2 of the 8 cores.
Or has this to do with some presets i have to change?
