Can't resize the right edge of fl studio or drag the window.

Im using a dual monitor set up and the right edge of FL studio is beyond my monitor and I can't reach it to resize it. (I don't think you can drag FL studio's window can you?) When you maximize the screen you don't have the ability to resize so that's not an option. So Is the right edge of FL studio just lost in oblivion forever? When i unplug one monitor I get it back but the second I replug it in, the old window settings reapply
