FL Studio as equlizer for MP3 files....

Hello.....
Ive been looking for a long long time for a quality equalizer with a bar spectrum analyser for windows...
I do already have FL studio fruity version which to be honest I have to used loads so, still trying to find my way round.
Is it possible to stream my MP3 files in some way through FL studio using it as a graphic equalizer.....
Any help and suggestions would be really appreciated (more detailed the better) Takes me a while to get my head round stuff!!!!
