VST or tool where i can set the chord/progression with 1 key?

so im still a noob with chords but i try to learn them somehow and the progression. but eg i wanna use a e minor chord, is there a tool/vst where i can set the chord and get displayed what would be a harmonic progression and insert the notes or let the chord be played when hitting only one key?
