Inconsistent Sounds Help

Hi, I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to the technical stuff.

Basically, I notice my music sounds quite different in FL Studio from how it sounds rendered, and it sounds different on speakers and headphones. I want to know why, because of course music isn't supposed to do that.

If it helps, my most used plugins as of late are Sytrus, Harmor, and I Wish, and I typically use compression a lot to sharpen or dull sounds.
