Not all midi notes are playing

Hi! I have this often when I import midi files from the internet, usually just a part and not all of it is being played back by FL studio if it's a big file.
I noticed there is a color difference in the notes that have no sound - they are a little bit brighter green than the usual green ones and when I replace them manually they work.
But their velocity is the same as any other notes.

Is it possible that the colors represent different midi channels and if yes, how can I bring them back to channel 1?

Edit:
Okay I was right, when I add a 2nd instrument and put it on channel 2 then it plays the notes.
But how could I bring them back on channel 1? Especially when they're pretty mixed up with other notes.
