Suggestion: Paint Tool

I always feel that colouring tracks, channels, and clips is too time-consuming, and it isn't quite easy to choose the same colour I used a long time ago.

How about becoming a bit more artistic with a real paint tool (Maybe we should name it "Recolor Tool" as we already have the paint tool)
