Getting some issues with slight echos,when recording my voice,while using my screen capture software,making stuff for my Youtube channel.
I have recently purchased a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2, (to replace an older model of 7 years) And monitor my own voice with a set of Beydynamic DT250 headphones,via the FL Studio 12 mixer.
The latency is fine,no problems when playing instruments etc.Apart from turning down mixer volume,any way of stopping this?
I did think of using a limiter,as it has a gate,but I'm not too sure how to set it up(,if its the right plugin to use,he,he)
I have tried to listen to my voice with one headphone off the ear,is this the right thing to do?
Any help or advise will be appreciated,as my knowledge of this stuff is very limited.

Edit: So I have been doing some research and found it to be an issue with the routing of my vocal channel to the master channel.So I turned right down the Master insert level,so far so good
