Independent velocity adjustment of simultaneous notes..

Hello, I hope this is the right place to ask this question and I really would appreciate a little help. I have spent the past few hours trying to find out how to adjust the velocity of simultaneous notes independently of each other when playing more than one channel (using the latest Kontakt) in the piano roll. There are plenty of sources on the internet that describe how to change multiple note velocities simultaneously but I would like to adjust my velocites of simultaneous notes independently of each other without having to load multiple instances of Kontakt. All help gratefully appreciated...
