Help Finding This Snare Sound?

Hi there. Basically I've tried looking everywhere for the build up snare sound that this FL Studio tutorial uses in its song. I've tried searching for 'Dirac Spike' or 'build up snare' but can't find anything at all, I've even tried making my own, but it just sounds crap.
