FL Studio 12.5 latest official release (Build 59 Update, 3-Aug-2017)

The scanning process is different in this version. It first finds all the files, then verifies those (if that option is on). The scan phase shows no feedback about what it finds, which may change in a future version as it does seem to cause a lot of confusion.
