Can Vst Plugins be installed on Data (D:) ?

I would like to know if it's possible to install vst plugins on Data (D:) aswell, since my OS (C:) doesn't have too much space anymore...

If it's possible how should I install it on (D:) so that I can easily use it in FL Studio as like with the plugins on (C:) ?
