Can we have a Performance Window with Picker Panel in FL Studio 20?

I dislike having to select "prepare for performance" on the tools menu just to make us start "dragging patterns" unto it.

Please make it happen.

Bitwig has it
Ableton has it

BUT the unique thing is that Performance Window is also the Picker Panel RATHER than using it inside Playlist to drag patterns unto playlist.
