Freehand drawing single cycle waveforms (SOLVED)

Is there any way to hand-draw individual single-cycle waves in FL?

I can use the waveshaper (saw -> waveshaper -> new wave recorded in Edison) but that's sort of indirect and I'd prefer to just draw it freehand with the pencil tool.

It seems like something that I should use Edison for, but I couldn't find any tools meant for editing individual samples.

If not within FL Studio, any recommendations on free VSTs to do this?
