UAD plugins delay issue in fl studio 12.5

I can only use UAD plugins on master channel with no issues at all..but when I want to insert a UAD plugin on any of the mixer channels everything just goes downhill and its a ton of delay.

I've tried setting buffer at 512 and at 2048 both giving me same results.

Please can somebody help me fix this issue? I know ppl use UAD plugins within Fl studio just fine.
