Where is the fast scan?

I'm using the latest version of FL Studio and scanning new plugins is very slow. There used to be a fast scan option in older version of FL Studio, but it doesn't seems to be there anymore. Unless it's there somewhere and I don't see it, is there a way to fast scan plugins just like other DAWs? For instance, when I install a new plugin I can just open Reaper and it'll ad it automatically within a few seconds. Why FL Studio doesn't do that?
