Harmor Bug in Studio one 3

I have the latest verson of harmor VST 64 bit and am using Studio one 3.5.0.
I've been having an issue for awhile now where harmor is not releasing notes that are triggered from the piano roll. The only way I can stop the sound is to stop monitoring the track. It happens randomly. sometimes it won't happen for a few minutes, and other times I can't play a song for 3 seconds before it happens again.
I've tried installing older version of studio one 3, but that has no effect on it. I have sytrus x64 installed too, but that plugin does not repeat the issue. I cannot recreate this issue with any other synth. I believe it started happening once I download the vectoral version of harmor.

Any help would be appreciated. Harmor is my go-to synth, but I'm at my wits end. Every time I get a groove going, all my creative flow is halted to mess with this issue.
