FL Studio 12.5.165 crashes when opening a project

hi guys,

I have been searching a solution for two days now, but nothing helped me. My FL 12 crashes when I try to open one project which is very annoying because the track was almost finished and a very very good one. A few days ago I opened that project and everything was fine and the suddenly, fl crashed when I try to open it.. First it just crashed with that error message:

Now that error screen does not even appear anymore and it just stops working..

-I tried the Fl diagnostic tool- Does not work

-I tried installing the shared.dll files - Does not work

-I tried opening with 32 and 64 bit versions - both do not work

It is strange, but I can open the project correctly in a friends FL10 crack. (yeah, I know, he cracked it and that sucks but my FL 12 is official so please don't blame me)

I Think the only 3rd party plugin used in the project is reFx Nexus, but I don't think that nexus causes the error because in all other projects, nexus is working fine.

It would be very nice, if you could help me finally fixing this problem.
