interference as f**k pls help ?

I got a new pc (well a good used one) and it produces massive interference noises (I think its the hard drive (hdd) or the fan ? idk). I tried to use only the best cables I have (balanced "klotz" xlrs) but still you can hear it so much that its really annoying!
does someone know a solution ?
like can I build sth around the pc mayb to stop the noises ?
or are there like super isolated cables that can stop the interference ?
