Issue with version 12.5.1

I know that the 12.5.1 update came out a while back, but I didn't feel like updating until now, and now I wish I hadn't.
It messed up my personal sample folder and added a bunch of plugin presets for things like GMS, and even things that I only have the demo of, like TransistorBass.
And it cahanged my folder name to
"IL Shared Data"
All I did was use the default settings while installing.

Does anybody know how to fix this?
