Control Surface API

Hi,

is there any way to receive the values of Control Surface components as an external application? Maybe also with a helper plugin in FL Studio which can then send the data via UDP or shared memory? Basically I have an existing music visualization application outside of FLS and I want to be able to animate its parameters using automation and controllers (Peak Controller, Formula Controller etc.)
